IP Telco support staff were notified at 12:05am this morning by our monitoring systems of an outage, we immediately investigated and quickly found the issue with our main upstream transits, we called the upstream carrier at 12:22am and have been working with them to resolve the issue, Network Engineers are currently working on the issue and this outage been flagged as the highest priority, domestic traffic to local peering is still operational eg, Microsoft, Amazon etc and some Voice services are unaffected.
We currently do not have an ETA for full restoration however this is flagged as critical and we are doing everything we can to get the matter resolved as quickly as possible, we will update you further as more information becomes available.

UPDATE: 8:55AM - Data flow has begun to return from the previously down upstream transit link. Services across all platforms are beginning to return as paths converge. We will continue to closely monitor the situation to ensure stability on the network.
