We've identified a fibre break at one of our key sites in Hervey Bay. The service has fallen over to a secondary path, however it has become inundated as peak time approaches. We've dispatched a technician to site to assist in identifying and resolving this issue. Updates will follow soon.

We have been advised up upstream fibre providers that the break has been repaired. We can confirm our fibre circuit is back up and passing traffic as normal. Please contact our support desk if you have any further issues. Thank you for your patience.

Fibres 1-12 have now been spliced.

The teams have began testing.

Network rearrangements have been made to direct traffic to alternative redundant paths. A fibre fault has been lodged with our upstream fibre provider and further updates will be provided when available.
